These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Steamworks Dashboard mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Internative Yazılım A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides analytics, monitoring and alerting tools for developers and publishers who distribute games on the Steam platform. It aggregates publicly available information (such as player counts, store details and announcements) and, where you choose to connect your own Steam Web API credentials, presents analytics derived from data made available to those credentials. The Service is an independent product and is provided for informational and operational convenience only.
The Service is not created by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Valve Corporation. "Steam", "Steamworks" and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Your use of Steam, the Steamworks platform and any Steam Web API is separately governed by Valve's own agreements, and you remain solely responsible for complying with them.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure for us or others.
You may choose to provide Steam Web API keys, including publisher and financial keys. You represent that you are authorised to use any key you provide. Keys are encrypted at rest and used solely to retrieve data on your behalf; we never display a key in full and never share keys with third parties. You are solely responsible for the issuance, scope, rotation and revocation of your keys, and for any consequence of granting the Service access. You may remove your keys or delete your account at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any third-party agreement, including Valve's; (b) attempt to access data you are not authorised to access; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; (d) resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service except as permitted by the applicable source; or (e) use the Service to build a competing product. We may impose rate limits and other technical restrictions.
Certain features require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under that store's terms; we do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed through your app store account. Except where required by mandatory law or the app store's policies, payments are non-refundable. Promotional or complimentary Premium grants may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to upstream sources, maintenance or factors outside our control.
All analytics, figures, forecasts and alerts are provided for general informational purposes only, may contain inaccuracies, and must not be relied upon as financial, investment, legal, tax or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding (excluding third-party marks and your own data), is owned by Internative Yazılım A.Ş. and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA PRESENTED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Internative Yazılım A.Ş. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Internative Yazılım A.Ş. from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your data or API keys, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party right or agreement.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
