This Privacy Policy explains how Internative Yazılım A.Ş. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the My Steamworks Dashboard application and related services (the "Service"). We act as the data controller. By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here.

We use personal data to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate you and secure your account; retrieve and display your analytics; deliver alerts and notifications you opt into; process and validate subscriptions; communicate service and account messages; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable law (including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where relevant, the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; and compliance with legal obligations.

Push notifications are sent only where you have enabled them and can be disabled at any time in your device or in-app settings. We may send service-related messages (such as verification codes and account notices) that are necessary to operate the Service.

5. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, including: a push-notification provider (OneSignal), an email delivery provider (Mailgun), and cloud hosting infrastructure. Subscription purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Game data is retrieved from Valve's Steam services using the credentials or public endpoints involved. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some processors may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards as required by applicable law.

We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data associated with it, including your API keys, followed games, alerts and notification tokens, except where retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app at any time. To exercise other rights, contact support@internative.net.

10. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the "last updated" date below will be revised.
