Account & Data Deletion

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open My Steamworks Dashboard and sign in.

2. Go to Settings → Account.

3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Your account and its associated data are deleted immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email support@internative.net from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and delete your account, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymise the personal data associated with it, including: your email address and display name, your encrypted Steam API keys, the games you follow, your alert rules, and your push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data only where required by law (for example, billing and tax records relating to past subscription purchases, which are processed by Apple or Google), and minimal security logs needed to prevent fraud and abuse. Such data is kept only for the period required by the applicable obligation and is then deleted.
